On Tuesday, April 26, 2022, the HQ of MESKO S.A. – company belonging to the PGZ Group, was visited by members of the parliamentary subcommittee for the Polish defense industry and technical modernization of the Polish Armed Forces, accompanied by the Secretary of State in the Ministry of State Assets, Jan Kanthak and Sebastian Chwałek – President of the Management Board of PGZ S.A. and Krzysztof Sola – Vice-President of the Management Board of PGZ S.A.

 

The guests learned about the company’s role in the defense industry, its production capabilities in the context of the modernization processes currently taking place in the Polish Armed Forces and the company’s wide product range.

 

The meeting was attended by the President of the Management Board Elżbieta Śreniawska, which discussed the current activity of the company, presented company structure and currently implemented projects, Member of the Management Board for Development Przemysław Kowalczuk, who presented the development prospects and capabilities of the company and a Board Member Marcin Ożóg.

 

In their speeches the company’s Management Board put special emphasis on the presentation of the technical park and discussing the possibility of expanding the production potential. The parliamentary representatives were introduced, inter alia, the status of the project related to the launch of a new production line for the production of small- and medium-caliber ammunition and rockets. Members of the parliamentary subcommittee observed how entire production process and quality control is conducted and also took part in a demonstration of the practical functionality of the 30x173 mm FAPDS-T subcaliber ammunition produced in MESKO S.A.
