THE POLISH ARMY ORDERS MEDIUM-CALIBER AMMUNITION FROM MESKO S.A.

MESKO S.A. and the Armament Agency signed a contract for the supply of medium caliber ammunition in calibers 23x152 mm and 30x173 mm to the Polish Armed Forces. The value of the contract, which will be implemented in the years 2024-2026, is almost PLN 100 million. The contract was concluded on September 7 this year during the 31st International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO held in Kielce. This is yet another order for this type of ammunition directed to MESKO by the Polish Army.

JAVELIN JOINT VENTURE SUBMITTED A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PRODUCTION OF COMPONENTS FOR JAVELIN MISSILES AT MESKO S.A.

September 6 this year during the International Defense Industry Exhibition in Kielce, PGZ S.A. and Javelin Joint Venture, created as a result of Raytheon's cooperation with Lockheed Martin, signed an agreement to explore the possibility of establishing a final assembly and component production plant in Poland. Additionally, immediately after signing the agreement, representatives of Javelin Joint Venture presented to the president of the management board of PGZ S.A. Sebastian Chwałek, request for quotation for the production of the first components for Javelin missiles at MESKO S.A.

EXECUTIVE AGREEMENTS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NAREW and PILICA+ PROGRAMS

The Minister of National Defense, Mariusz Błaszczak, in the presence of the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda, approved further executive agreements for the acquisition of Narew short-range anti-aircraft missile systems. The subject of two agreements concluded between the State Treasury - Armament Agency and the PGZ-NAREW Consortium composed of: PGZ S.A. (leader), Huta Stalowa Wola S.A., Jelcz Sp. z o.o., MESKO S.A., Ośrodek Badawczo-Rozwojowy Centrum Techniki Morskiej S.A., PCO S.A., PIT-Radwar S.A., Wojskowe Zakłady Łączności Nr 1 S.A., Wojskowe Zakłady Uzbrojenia S.A., Wojskowe Zakłady Elektroniczne S.A. and Zakłady Mechaniczne Tarnów S.A.  is the delivery of key elements of the NAREW short-range anti-aircraft and anti-missile defense system, i.e. as part of the first agreement - over 1,000 CAMM-ER missiles and as part of the second one - nearly 140 rocket launchers adapted to cooperate with IBCS. Technology transfer was also contracted, ensuring the production of both missiles and launchers in Poland, as well as a wide training and logistics package. The contracts provide for deliveries of the said elements of Narew battery sets from 2027 to 2035.
