Cartridges with armor-piercing projectiles (AP 6) are designed for fighting armored vehicles, field barricades and penetrating armor using: 5,56 mm assault rifle wz.96, 5,56 mm carbine wz.96, 5,56 mm M16A2 rifle, other types of weapon adapted to this type of ammunition.
